Cozumel Carnival Feb 10,2013 The Cozumel Carnival parade on Feb 10,2013 started around 6:30PM and went to 9:30PM. This time we went down to around the Ferry terminal. We enjoyed that better. This was the second of 3 parades Feb 9th, 10th and 12th. This was a better parade and we are looking forward to the Feb 12th parade.
