Cozumel Carnival Feb 09,2013 The Cozumel Carnival parade on Feb 09,2013 started around 6:30PM and went to 9:30PM. We had a seat at a local restaurant, had a nice dinner and waited for all the great parade participants. This was the first of 3 parades Feb 9th, 10th and 12th.
